Finding and Following Your Wisdom Path is challenging yet most of us have already made great strides. Still there’s more to do. Here’s how.
Here we access body and spirit as we weave together two powerful wisdom traditions, the Five Books of Moses and Interpersonal Neurobiology. The Five Books witnesses our ancestors struggling with their physical world, with each other, and with the Divine. Interpersonal Neurobiology uses 21st century science to explore how we understand and manage this physical world, our relationships, and our desire to reach beyond ourselves for a sense of purpose and meaning. Each is a deep well of wisdom. Woven together, they enhance each other, a powerful tool to guide us on Our Wisdom Path.
Wisdom is the quality of having experience and knowledge combined with the good judgment to apply them well in our actions. It also refers to a body of principles from a specific time of history. Said simply, being wise means we’ve learned lots, make good decisions, and act well with others. When we link the wisdom of our body (Interpersonal Neurobiology) with the wisdom of the human spirit in the Five Books of Moses, we are better meet our personal and spiritual challenges as we walk our wisdom path.
